  • 研究領域
    1.  miRNA調控DNA damage反應機制:

    許多致癌物質如紫外線照射,和天然或人造化學治癌物皆可造成 DNA 損傷。DNA 損傷 會誘發細胞產生DNA 損傷反應 (DNA damage response, DDR) 如 DNA 修補,細胞週期停滯和細胞凋亡。DDR 可使細胞避免產生癌化,報告指出許多癌細胞產生大都由於 DDR 缺損。另一方面,DDR 研究可應用於增加抗癌藥物對癌細胞靈敏度。DDR 內許多訊息傳遞途徑協調與調控對於維持細胞基因穩定性相當重要,雖然對於這些訊息傳遞途徑在 transcription and post-translation 層面有許多研究探討,如下圖所示(Maikel et al., 2011),然而對於 微小RNA (miRNA) 在 post-transcription 調控不是很清楚。因此本研究在探討 miRNA 在穩定基因體與致癌可能性所扮演角色。miRNA 已被報導指出可作為癌症治療 target

    2.  細胞 DNA damag 基因調控:

    原核生物和真核生物暴露在一些突變劑後,會產生一些基因表現量改變如圖 (http://healthscienceresearch.com/?p=3186)。例如,大腸桿菌會產生一些 DNA 損傷反應和 SOS response等。而酵母菌 (Saccharomyces cerevisiae)因基因組成與哺乳類極端相似,許多研究材料大量商業化,和極易培養等。已被廣泛作為研究主題。然而, Saccharomyces cerevisiae在暴露一些突變劑所產生DNA damage 反應 (如細胞凋亡,DNA 修補,和細胞周期等)仍不十分清楚。更何況,我們日常所面臨突變劑種類甚多,反應機制更加複雜化。本研究目的在於了解 DNA 損傷機制,有助於未來癌症診斷與抗癌藥物研發等。

    3.  開發本土性可分解2,4,6-trinitrotoluene(TNT)菌種及分解機制:

    三硝基甲苯(Trinitrotoluene;TNT)不論在軍事或民間用途,均是最廣泛使用的二級炸藥(Secondary explosive)。在許多環境中可以見到三硝基甲苯的污染,包括火藥製造與儲存廠、試驗以及訓練場所等,另外戰爭時期遭強烈轟炸的遺址亦可能有大量三硝基甲苯的殘留,還有工礦爆破以及戰後火藥處理等都是環境遭受三硝基甲苯污染的來源。這些三硝基甲苯污染環境包括土壤與水體都將會對生物以及人體的健康造成極大的影響。因此,如何有效的對受污染的環境進行整治亦是一個在土壤與地下水的環境保護重要的課題。本研究將以某一受TNT污染場址之土壤為例,以環境微生物技術與環境分子生物技術,實際針對此污染環境中之微生物相進行分析與監測,並且進一步進行具降解三硝基甲苯潛力菌株之篩選與開發。

總則

中華民國毒物學學會(以下簡稱本學會)為提升我國毒理學專業人員的品質和能力,對毒理學專業人員之資格及專業能力進行審查及認證,以促進毒理學研究暨安全性評估管理與應用,確保各種物理及化學物質存在或使用於環境、職場、藥物、食品及化粧品中之安全性,並藉以和國際毒理學相關組織之認證制度接軌,爰訂定中華民國「毒理學家」資格認證規範(以下簡稱本規範)。

中華民國「毒理學家」資格認證(以下簡稱本資格認證)程序,應秉公平、公開、公正之原則,結合學校教育和繼續教育,採取學校教育培養、參加學會辦理的相關學術研討會和訓練班、在職教育等方式,培養毒理學專業人員的學習能力、執行能力和創新能力,並以終身教育之理念,增加毒理學專業人員之新知識及技能,以持續提升我國毒理學專業人員之整體素質。經本資格認證通過之毒理學專業人員稱為「毒理學家」,英譯為:Certified Toxicologist of TSTA。

本資格認證工作參考已實施毒理學家資格認證國家的經驗,並與國際毒理學聯合會(IUTOX)的國際毒理學家認證(TRTF)組織、美國毒理學資格認證委員會(ABT)以及亞洲地區毒理學組織的資格認證機構密切交流聯繫,以期達到未來國際間雙邊、多邊互相認可的目的。
第二章 認證範圍

認證的對象
  • 化學品、食品、藥品、化粧品安全性評估機構中從事毒理學安全性評估的專業人員;
  • 大學院校從事毒理學教學、研究的教師和技術人員;
  • 科學研究機構之毒理學研究和分析人員;
  • 製藥、生技等企業中從事毒理學工作的專業和管理人員;
  • 環境保護、疾病控制、衛生監督、食品及化粧品安全和藥政管理等政府機構的專業和管理人員;
  • 其他各類機關(構)中從事毒理學工作的人員。
第三章 認證條件

申請本資格認證應符合如下基本條件:
  • 中華民國毒物學學會正式會員;
  • 承認和接受本學會「毒理學家」資格認證相關管理規定。
  • 積極參加國內外毒理學學術活動和繼續教育培訓。
  • 學歷及實際工作經歷:
    • 具毒理學或相關領域之博士學位,並在授予博士學位後有至少三年的毒理學全職(或累計等同時間的兼職)或博士後工作經歷;
    • 具毒理學或相關領域之碩士學位,並在授予碩士學位後有至少七年的毒理學全職(或累計等同時間的兼職)工作經歷。
職業經歷中離職學歷教育培訓時間不列計為工作經歷。
第四章 資格認證的審查與考核

本資格認證採用「資歷」和「專業經驗」審查及「綜合資格考試」相結合的方式。

「資歷」與「專業經驗」審查:即對申請人參加考試的資格審查,為對申請人專業資歷與經驗的審查過程。申請者除必須符合前述認證基本條件外,並應在過去兩年內積極參加本學會主辦或委託學術研究機構(團體)辦理之學術活動和培訓班,並取得10個以上的繼續教育學分。申請時應提供如下證明資料和文件:
  • 資格認證申請表;
  • 本學會會員證明文件;
  • 最高學歷畢業證書;
  • 全民英檢中高級初試通過 / TOEIC 750分 / TOEFL(CBT) 197分 / TOEFL(PBT) 527分 / TOEFL(IBT) 71分 / IELTS 5.5分或英語系國家碩士學位以上畢業證書;
  • 繼續教育學分證明;
  • 從事專業技術工作經歷和取得主要成果的證明資料(如獲獎證書影本,承擔項目的任務書、或完成的技術報告的首頁、扉頁,文章、專著的首頁),以及可以證明申請人專業技術水準的其他佐證資料等。
  • 所有資料應由申請人負責,直接寄本學會資格認證辦公室,並附信聲明所有資料的真實性。資格認證辦公室在收到申請者的資料後,應先核對申請者的資料是否齊全,並在登記後回復申請者。再由資格認證委員會依照《中華民國毒理學家認證資歷與專業經驗審查實施細則》對申請者進行「資歷」和「專業經驗」的審查,確定是否具備參加資格認證考試的資格後,發出正式通知單(即准考證)。

「綜合資格考試」:
  • 通過前條「資歷」與「專業經驗」審查者,始具有資格參加「綜合資格考試」;
  • 考試的目的主要在測試申請者對毒理學基礎知識的理解和應用,綜合分析能力,對國內、外相關領域的發展現狀的瞭解,對與毒理學相關的法律、法規、體制和政策的瞭解;「綜合資格考試」內容包括「毒理學基本原理和應用」(General Principles and Applied Toxicology: general principles; toxicokinetics; factors influencing toxicity; risk assessments; epidemiology and biostatistics; regulatory toxicology; environmental toxicology; industrial and occupational toxicology; forensic and clinical toxicology等)、「物質毒性」(Toxicity of Agents: metals; organic solvents; pesticides; inhaled gases, dusts, aerosols, natural toxins; industrial chemicals; drugs and cosmetics; food additives; physical agents等)、「器官毒性作用」(Organ Systems and Effects: mutagenesis, carcinogenesis, developmental toxicology; reproductive toxicology; inhalation toxicology; neurobehavioral toxicology; immunological toxicology; cutaneous toxicity, ocular toxicity, hematopoietic toxicity, hepatic toxicity, renal toxicity; and endocrine-related toxicities等)三大部分;
  • 筆試以每年舉行一次為原則。考試前三個月通過學會網站公佈考試日期與地點;
  • 考試試卷按不同部分分別計分,各部分全部及格者獲得當年的資格認證;
  • 「綜合資格考試」通過其中兩部分者,在下次考試時只需應試未通過的一部分;而只通過其中一個部分者,則必須三部分全部重新應試;
  • 通過「資歷」和「專業經驗」審查的申請者,應試資格的有效期為三年,即必須在三年內通過全部考試。
第五章 認證後的管理與資格再認證

本學會資格認證委員會對已取得毒理學家資格的人員實行動態管理,資格認證的有效期為5年,5年後仍需保留資格者,按《再認證管理辦法》進行覆核。
第六章 認證及證書頒發流程

符合條件者向本學會資格認證辦公室提出申請。                                                                                          

認證辦公室負責確認申請者所提供之資料是否齊全。

本學會資格認證委員會辦理「毒理學家」評審和考試以每年舉行一次為原則,並採用在學會網站上公告方式辦理。

公告無異議者由本學會資格認證委員會頒發《毒理學家資格證書》。
第七章 組織與管理




為了加強「毒理學家」認證工作的管理,本學會設立中華民國毒理學學會資格認證工作委員會(Committee of TSTA for Registered Toxicologists),委員會成員由本學會聘請有關專業專家組成,並邀請國家管理機關的相關人員參加,任期三年。本學會資格認證委員會為中華民國毒理學學會「毒理學家」資格認證的管理機構。

認證辦公室負責公告和發佈通知、受理申請、報名以及對申請人所提交的資料進行驗證,資格證書發放和認證後的管理。

繼續教育委員會負責編寫教學大綱和參考書籍,規定毒理學家資格認證應具備的知識體系和技能,辦理短期培訓班和繼續教育培訓工作,並進行申請者的資歷和專業經驗的審查,確認並批准申請者的應試資格。

資格考試委員會負責制訂和修訂考核標準、組織命題、認證和認證後的考評工作。
第八章 認證費用

本學會資格認證工作,屬於非營利性的社會服務業務,為保證工作的持續運作,得收取適當的成本費用,主要費用包括:
  • 培訓費(不參加培訓可免);
  • 申請資格認證報名費(含審查、審核費,以及登記、網上公佈費用及證件工本費等等);
  • 資格考試報考及考試所涉及的費用;具體收費標準另行公佈。                                                                                                                                 
第九章 罰則

考生有違反下列情形之一者,按其情節之輕重,與予警告、取消單元考試資格、取消當年考試資格的處罰:
  • 違反考場紀律、影響考場秩序;
  • 由他人代考、偷換答卷;
  • 假報姓名、年齡、學歷、學籍、工齡、身份證明等;
  • 弄虛作假,偽造有關資料;
  • 其他嚴重舞弊行為。


試務人員有違反下列情形之一者,按其情節之輕重,與予警告或取消試務人員資格:
  • 監考中不履行職責者;
  • 在閱卷評分中錯評、漏評、差錯較多,經指出仍不改正者;
  • 洩露試卷內容或閱卷評分工作情況者;
  • 利用工作之便,為考生舞弊提供條件或者謀取私利者;
  • 其他有嚴重違紀行為者。

考試承辦單位有下列情況之一的,造成較大影響者,取消該承辦單位資格,並追究該承辦單位負責人的責任:
  • 考試承辦單位考務工作管理混亂,出現嚴重差錯者;
  • 所屬考場秩序混亂、出現大面積舞弊、抄襲現象者;
  • 發生試卷洩密、損毀、丟失者;
  • 其他影響考試的行為者。
考試承辦單位或考場發生考試紀律混亂、有組織的舞弊,相應考場範圍內考試無效。

認證委員會成員違反本辦法有關規定,在考試中虛偽造假、怠忽職守、濫用職權、徇私舞弊,撤銷其成員資格,不得繼續參與和接觸本學會資格考試之相關工作

為申請參加考試的申請者出具偽證和虛假資料者,列入本學會資格認證委員會紀錄,並知會其服務單位,建議其上級單位追究直接責任。

持證期間如出現違規及非法操作,撤銷其認證成員資格,回收證書並公告作廢。
